Warranty Policy

At Breakers Now, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. We proudly back every eligible purchase with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Our goal is to resolve warranty claims quickly and fairly so you can get back to work with minimal downtime.

1-Year Limited Warranty

This limited warranty applies for one (1) year from the original purchase date and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If a product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, Breakers Now will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with the same item or an equivalent product.

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method if a replacement is unavailable.

  • Issue store credit if appropriate.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover products that have been:

  • Installed improperly or used outside their intended application.

  • Modified, repaired, or altered by anyone other than the manufacturer.

  • Damaged due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage.

  • Subjected to normal wear and tear.

  • Damaged during installation, removal, or handling.

Products showing evidence of physical damage, tampering, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for warranty coverage.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please email support@breakersnow.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Product part number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and any visible damage (if applicable)

Our support team typically responds within one business day with the next steps.

Shipping

If your warranty claim is approved, we'll provide return instructions.

If our inspection confirms the product is covered under this warranty, Breakers Now will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as outlined above.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, refund, or store credit of the original purchase price of the product, at Breakers Now's sole discretion.

Breakers Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, installation or removal expenses, downtime, lost profits, loss of business, or damage to other equipment arising from the use or inability to use any product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
