Return & Refund Policy

At Breakers Now, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

  • Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Authorized by Breakers Now prior to being returned.

Eligible returns are not subject to a restocking fee.

Unless the return is the result of our error (such as an incorrect shipment) or a product covered under our Warranty Policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, energized, or show signs of use.

  • Products that are damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or handling.

  • Items not returned in their original packaging.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date.

  • Special-order, custom-order, or non-stock items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly.

Products with manufacturing defects are covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty. If your claim is approved, Breakers Now will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

How to Start a Return

Email support@breakersnow.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The product part number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our team typically responds within one business day with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
