989 - Appleton - 3-1/2" Form 9 Stamped Cover
The APP989 is a stamped aluminum cover designed for 3½″–4″ Form 9 conduit bodies, featuring a factory-applied Form-in-Place gasket for a watertight seal. The domed design allows extra room for wiring, while captive screws offer secure and hassle-free installation. It meets UL, CSA, and NEMA standards and is perfect for wet or hazardous locations, including Class I, Division 2.
